20% service fee that is calculated on the base fare, stop time, wait time, and any holiday surcharges will be added and itemized on the customer's billing statement.
The following additional charges will be itemized on the customer's billing statement when applicable: Two-way tolls, Airport and Regulatory Fees, Fuel Surcharge, Cell Phone.
Pick ups between 11:30 PM and 6:00 AM are subject to a $20 surcharge.
Certain trips may require an additional fee for meals and/or overnight accommodations for the driver. Applicable taxes will be charged as required.
All published rates are subject to change without notice. Current rates are confirmed at the time a reservation is made.

For all point-to-point reservations, wait time will be charged at $7.00 per five (5) minute increment once the grace period has elapsed. Grace period is defined as five (5) minutes beyond the scheduled pick up time.
Boston Elite Coach is able to monitor all commercial flights, waiting starts after (30) minutes once the plane arrives to the gate for domestic flights and (60) minutes for international flights.
Boston Elite Coach does not monitor private flights, therefore, wait time will be charged as incurred for any passenger arriving on a private plane that is delayed by more than 5 minutes.
Boston Elite Coach does not monitor train schedules, therefore, wait time will be charged as incurred for any passenger arriving by train that is delayed by more than 5 minutes.
Passenger requested stops on route during a point-to-point reservation will be charged at $7.00 per five (5) minute increment.
Passenger requested stops off route for point-to-point reservations, charges will revert to the prevailing Boston Elite Coach hourly rate.
Cancellation and No Show Fees
Cancellation of sedans within (6) hours of scheduled pick-up will result in a full charge equal to the base fare price of the trip plus the 20% service fee.
A 'no show' fee equal to the base fare price of the trip plus 20% service fee plus applicable wait time fee will be charged when the passenger fails to arrive at the designated location.
To avoid a 'no show' fee call 1-781-397-8510 if you cannot locate your sedan.
Cancellation of motor coaches with less than (72) hours notice will be charged the vehicle hourly minimum.
Cancellation of vans/minibuses with less than (72) hours notice will be charged the vehicle hourly minimum
Cancellation of limousines with less than (72) hours notice will be charged the vehicle hourly minimum.
Cancellation of Meet and Greet service with less than (24) hours notice will be charged at the full rate.
Holidays
A 20% holiday surcharge, based on the fare, stop and waiting time, will be charged to all trips occurring on: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day
Events Services (Limousines, Vans, Minibuses, Motor coaches)
All Event Services vehicle types will be billed at the prevailing Boston Elite Coach hourly rate.
Customers are billed from the time personnel and/or vehicles leave the Boston Elite Coach facility until the time it returns to the Boston Elite Coach facility.
All Reservations that are billed on an hourly basis, will be billed a minimum of thirty minutes travel time each way plus the time the passenger is in the vehicle.
Fractions of an hour are rounded to next half-hour.
Limousine, Coaches, Buses Rules and Regulations:
1. No alcohol consumed by anyone less than 21 years of age.
2. No SMOKING inside limousine, $100.00 charge per incident. No exceptions.
3. Clean-up fee for vomit in the limousine will be assessed.
4. All tolls and parking are not included in rental rate.
5. $10.00 per glass for broken or missing glasses.
6. $100.00 clean-up fee for excessive matter in Limousine.
7. All unruly persons will be dropped of at the sole discretion of the driver & no refunds.
8. We will not be responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen property.
9. No illegal drug use of any kind.
10. Overtime will be billed in half hour increments.
11. Cancellations must be made in writing by certified mail within 14 days of your scheduled event to avoid being billed the full contract amount.
12. Customer agrees that overtime will be billed at the contracted rate and agrees to pay any overtime charges.
13. Customer agrees that replacement Limousine may be substituted in the event of any major mechanical issues, limo involved in accident, etc.
14. All entertainment including CDs, DVDs, and VHS tapes is to be provided by the client.

Contract obligations: I understand and agree to the length and usage along with any charges and further agree to pay for any and all damages my party may cause during the rental periods. I also agree to the above Limousine Rules and Regulations. All damages are the sole discretion of the driver. I understand and agree to pay the entire contract price if cancellation policy is not followed. The number of hours you agree to on the contract is the minimum hours the customer agrees to pay.
City-To-City Fares
Roundtrips include up to four hours of wait time and must be completed within the same calendar day.
Wait time over four hours will be charged at the prevailing Boston Elite Coach hourly rate.

Other
BostonEliteCoach.com shall not be liable for circumstances beyond its control including weather, road conditions and breakdowns. Our company reserves the right to substitute vehicle in the event the limousine company for reasons beyond it's control unable to perform under this agreement, it's liability is limited to a full refund of money is paid by customer, and shell not exceed the deposit paid. I understand if cancellation is made there will be no refund. BostonEliteCoach.com assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged baggage or personal belongings, nor for any items left in the vehicle.
