Party Bus Rental Boston
Groups of 8 to 55. Owned and maintained by us, driven by chauffeurs who know which Boston streets a bus can actually get down.
Straight Answers Before You Call Around
You have a date, a group, and a night you want people to talk about afterwards.
What you probably do not have is a clear idea of which party bus Boston operators will actually put you in, how many hours you need to book, or whether the vehicle that turns up will look anything like the photos.
That last one is the most common complaint in this industry, so we deal with it directly. Before you pay anything, ask us to show you the exact vehicle you are being quoted for. We will send current photographs of it, or arrange for you to see it in person. No operator who actually runs their own vehicles should have a problem with that request.

Our Party Buses and Limousines
Every operator lists a maximum capacity. Very few mention that a vehicle at its maximum is one where nobody can move and coats end up on laps.
Our advice, and we would rather lose the upsell than have you uncomfortable: book for your headcount plus four.

28 to 36 Passenger Party Bus
Our largest party bus and the one most people picture when they think of a party bus Boston night out. Wraparound seating, LED lighting, premium sound and standing room. Comfortable for around 30 once everyone has coats and bags.

Executive Seating Bus
Forward-facing executive seating rather than lounge benches. The right call when the group wants comfort and conversation more than a dance floor, and it reaches venues a full-size bus cannot turn into.
Book This Vehicle
Hummer Stretch Limousine
When the arrival matters as much as the ride. Bench seating, bar area, fibre-optic lighting and the presence that only a Hummer has. Available in black and white.
Book This Vehicle
Lincoln MKT and Chrysler 300 Stretch
The stretch limousine look without the party bus footprint. Available in several passenger configurations, and the Chrysler 300 comes in black or white depending on what suits the occasion.
Book This Vehicle
Motor Coach
When the group outgrows a party bus. CD sound system, TV and DVD, restroom on board, and genuine luggage capacity underneath. Commonly booked alongside a limousine so the wedding party and the guests travel separately.
Book This VehicleWhat Drives the Price
A party bus in Boston is quoted per hour and no two bookings price the same. Rather than publish a range that will not match your trip, here is exactly what your quote is built from.
The day and the date
Friday and Saturday nights carry a premium across this entire city. The same group in the same vehicle on a Thursday is noticeably cheaper. April through June is our busiest stretch, with graduations, proms and wedding season landing at once.
The minimum booking
Local charters carry a minimum number of hours. Once a vehicle and chauffeur are committed to your evening they are unavailable to anyone else, which is what the minimum reflects. Airport transfers and point to point trips are priced separately with no minimum.
The route, not just the distance
Bus parking near Boston venues is scarce, several routes carry tunnel and bridge restrictions a large vehicle cannot use, and streets in areas like the North End were laid out long before anyone imagined a 40 foot vehicle. The direct route on a map is often not the route your driver can take.
What People Book Us For
Weddings are the booking we are asked about most, and there is one thing worth knowing. The vehicle usually does two jobs on a wedding day. It moves the wedding party between the ceremony and the reception, then becomes guest transport later so nobody drives home. Tell us both jobs when you enquire and we will build one booking around it rather than quoting you twice. If you are planning a full wedding day, our wedding transportation service covers the whole schedule.
Before You Pay a Deposit
This applies whether you book with us or with anyone else. Every point below comes from a complaint we have heard from customers who came to us after a poor experience elsewhere.
Ask to see the actual vehicle
Not the model, the vehicle. Photographs on party bus websites are frequently stock images or years out of date, and arriving to a vehicle that looks nothing like the listing is the single most common complaint in this industry.
Confirm what the price includes
Fuel surcharges, tolls, cleaning fees and gratuity are the four that tend to appear on other operators' final invoices. Get them confirmed in writing before anything is paid.
Read the contract before the deposit
Deposits are usually non-refundable. You should know the cancellation terms before that money leaves your account, not afterwards.
Ask whether they own the vehicle
A large share of companies advertising Boston party buses are booking agents. Your night gets passed to a third party you have never spoken to, and if something goes wrong there is nobody to call.
Get the quote in writing
Prices quoted in one call have been known to rise in the next, with peak season fine print produced afterwards as the reason. A written quote with a date on it prevents that conversation entirely.
Check they asked about your route
If nobody has asked where you are going before quoting, nobody has checked whether the vehicle can actually get there.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is It Cheaper To Rent A Party Bus Or A Limo?
For small groups a stretch limousine is usually the cheaper hire, because the vehicle costs less to run. Once you pass roughly twelve people the comparison flips, since you would need two limousines to carry the group and one party bus covers it in a single booking. Tell us your headcount and we will price both so you can see the difference.
Is A Party Bus Legal In Massachusetts?
Yes, when the operator is properly licensed and insured for passenger transport. Alcohol on board is legal only when every passenger is 21 or over, which is why no alcohol is permitted on prom and graduation bookings. Ask any operator for their licensing before you book. We are happy to provide ours.
Are Party Buses Worth It?
For a group travelling together to the same place at the same time, usually yes. The alternative is several rideshares, a designated driver who does not get to enjoy the evening, or parking costs at a Boston venue. The party bus also keeps the group together, which for a wedding or a prom is often the actual point.
How Far Ahead Should I Book?
For a Friday or Saturday between April and June, six to eight weeks is sensible and prom season books earlier still. Off-peak weekdays we can often accommodate you inside two weeks. If the date matters, book earlier rather than cheaper.
Can We Bring Alcohol On Board?
Yes, provided every passenger is 21 or over. If anyone under 21 is travelling, which covers most prom and graduation bookings, no alcohol is permitted on the vehicle at all. Your chauffeur enforces this and it is not open to negotiation.
What Happens If We Run Over The Booked Time?
We would rather extend than cut your night short. Additional time is charged at the standard hourly rate and depends on the vehicle being free afterwards, which is why it helps to give us a realistic finish time when booking rather than an optimistic one.
Do You Travel Outside Boston?
Yes. Cape Cod, Providence, Worcester, southern New Hampshire and across Greater Boston are all regular runs for us. Longer trips are quoted as a package rather than by the hour.
What If My Group Size Changes?
Tell us as soon as you know. If a different vehicle suits the final headcount better we will move you to it and adjust the quote rather than leaving you in one that no longer fits.
Tell Us About Your Night
Send us your date, your group size and roughly where you are heading. We will come back with a firm price and tell you which vehicle we would put you in.
