Service Areas
Based on the North Shore, working across Greater Boston and New England. Wherever you are starting, the price is fixed before you travel.
We Are Not Driving Out From the City
Most Boston car services quote you from Boston. If you are anywhere north of the city, that means paying for the vehicle to reach you before your journey even starts.
We are based at 4 Old Elm Street in Salisbury, close to the New Hampshire line. For anyone in the northern towns we are the local company, not the one driving out.
We also cover Greater Boston, the airports, and long distance runs across New England, every day of the year.

The North Shore and Merrimack Valley
This is where we are based, so these are the towns we reach fastest and price best.
Why this matters to your price
A Logan Airport run from Newburyport is about an hour each way. If your operator starts that clock in Boston, you are paying for two hours before anyone gets in the car. Ask any company you are considering where their vehicles are based.
Boston and the Surrounding Cities
Boston itself, including Back Bay, Beacon Hill, the Seaport, the North End, the Financial District, Fenway, Dorchester, South Boston and Charlestown.
MetroWest including Framingham, Natick, Marlborough and Sudbury. The South Shore including Hingham, Weymouth, Scituate and Plymouth.

New England and Beyond
These are quoted as a fixed package rather than by the hour, because a fixed price works out better for you on a long transfer.
New Hampshire
Portsmouth, Hampton, Exeter, Manchester, Nashua, Concord and the Lakes Region. See our Logan to New Hampshire guide.
Maine
Kittery, York, Ogunquit, Kennebunkport, Portland and Bangor.
Rhode Island
Providence, Newport and the coastal towns. See our Boston to Providence guide.
Cape Cod and the islands
Hyannis, Falmouth, Chatham and Provincetown, plus the ferry terminals at Woods Hole and Hyannis for Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket. See our Cape Cod guide.
Central and Western Massachusetts
Worcester, Springfield, Northampton and the Berkshires.
Connecticut, Vermont and New York
Quoted individually as a fixed package.
Outside Our Region
Boston Elite Coach is part of a global affiliate network covering more than 650 cities and every major airport. If your travel starts or ends outside New England, we can arrange the ground transport there under the same booking rather than leaving you to find someone locally. Useful for corporate accounts moving people between cities, and for clients flying onward from Logan.
How Distance Affects Your Price
Local trips
Usually priced point to point at a fixed rate, or hourly if the day has several stops. See hourly chauffeur service.
Airport transfers
Priced as a fixed transfer from your pickup address, not by the meter, and adjusted automatically if your flight moves.
Long distance runs
Quoted as a package covering the whole journey, both directions where relevant.
One thing worth asking any operator
Some companies bill garage to garage on hourly work, meaning the clock starts when the vehicle leaves its base. On a long run from a Boston based operator that can add a great deal to your bill. Ask where the vehicle starts from before you compare two quotes.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do You Charge Extra To Collect From Outside Boston?
Your quote is based on your actual pickup address, so there is nothing hidden. For the North Shore and Merrimack Valley we are the local operator, which usually works out better than booking a company that has to drive out from the city.
Is There Anywhere In Massachusetts You Do Not Cover?
No. We cover the whole state, and most of New England. Longer runs are quoted as a fixed package.
Can You Collect From A Private Airport Or FBO?
Yes, including Hanscom Field, Beverly Regional and Lawrence Municipal, as well as the private aviation facilities at Logan.
Do You Cross State Lines?
Yes, regularly. New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Maine, Connecticut and New York are all normal runs for us.
What About The Islands?
We run to the ferry terminals at Woods Hole and Hyannis for Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket, timed around your sailing.
Can You Arrange Transport In Another City?
Yes, through our affiliate network in more than 650 cities. Ask when you book and it goes on the same reservation.
How Far In Advance Should I Book A Long Distance Run?
Longer notice helps, particularly in summer and on holiday weekends, but we take shorter notice bookings whenever a vehicle is available.
Not Sure If We Cover You?
Tell us where you are starting and where you are going. If it is a run we do, you will have a fixed price back quickly.
